1. Introduction
Welcome to the Programador Sem Pátria (PSP) Mentorship Program offered by Borderless Coding LLP and access to the ecosystem Borderless Coding. By enrolling in this program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Borderless Coding Ecosystem
As a PSP participant, you gain exclusive access to the Borderless Coding Ecosystem, a global community and startup incubator. Managed by Borderless Coding LLP. This ecosystem provides the following benefits:
Networking Opportunities:
Connection with industry leaders, global mentors, and peers from around the world.
Access to a robust professional network designed to foster international career growth.
Access to Events:
Invitations to exclusive webinars, hackathons, and professional gatherings.
Opportunities to meet hiring managers, investors, and industry influencers.
Advanced Training and Formation:
Access to specialized workshops and advanced training sessions that focus on global tech practices, web3, and Artificial Intelligence skills.
Business and Startup Incubation:
Environment to help participants develop and launch their own businesses or startups.
Direct support to build investor-ready pitches and seek funding from a global pool of investors.
Career Expansion:
Assistance in identifying and leveraging global opportunities that align with your career or entrepreneurial goals.
The Borderless Coding Ecosystem operates as a bridge between talent and global opportunities, ensuring participants have the tools and connections necessary to scale their careers or ventures.
3. Program Overview
The PSP Mentorship Program is a 12-month comprehensive coaching initiative designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to secure international contracts. The program includes:
Phase 1: Optional 127-day challenge, CV development, cover letter crafting, oratory skills, and best practices.
Phase 2: LinkedIn optimization for passive job offers.
Phase 3: Networking strategies and securing international job referrals.
Phase 4: Job search methodologies, application processes, and performance metrics.
Phase 5: Mastery of the selection process, including HR calls, code challenges, technical and managerial interviews.
Phase 6: Comprehensive understanding of the selection process to achieve international positions with salary increases between 10% to 30%.
Phase 8: International networking, salary scaling, and startup engagement for long-term career planning.
Continuous Improvement: Personalized feedback on CVs, cover letters, interview analyses, and LinkedIn profile enhancements.
3. Enrollment and Payment
Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals seeking to advance their careers in the technology sector. The program is for Mid-level+ Tech professionals, with at least 3 years of experience in the market.
Payment Terms: Participants are required to make payments as outlined during the enrollment process. Failure to comply with payment schedules may result in suspension or termination of access to program materials and sessions.
4. Participant Obligations
Commitment: Participants are expected to engage actively in all phases of the program, including attending live mentorship sessions, completing assignments, and participating in community activities.
Confidentiality: All materials provided are for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is prohibited.
Professional Conduct: Participants must maintain professionalism in all interactions within the program, including communications with mentors and fellow participants.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided within the PSP Mentorship Program, including videos, documents, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Borderless Coding LLP. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Refund PolicyAny client dissatisfied with the content of the ecosystem or the program is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of enrollment.
The PSP Mentorship Program offers a results-based guarantee. If, after 12 months of applying the program's teachings and following the prescribed methods, a participant does not secure an international job offer, a one-on-one consultation will be provided to identify areas for improvement and develop a new action plan. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined during enrollment and are contingent upon the participant's adherence to the program's guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Borderless Coding is committed to providing high-quality mentorship and resources. However, success in securing employment is influenced by various factors beyond our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes. Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own success and agree not to hold Borderless Coding liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the program's content.
8. Amendments
Borderless Coding reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and fall under the jurisdiction of Borderless Coding LLP, registered with the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales (Partnership No. OC453638)
